SrtBondedOutputSettings interface

An SRT output that sends as a bonded caller over several links — SRT connection bonding, SRT’s equivalent of ST 2022-7 (see SrtBondingSettings). It has no single host/port: each link has its own. The receiver must accept bonded connections.
