SrtBondingSettings interface

SRT connection bonding for a caller: one stream over several links, SRT’s equivalent of ST 2022-7. In broadcast mode every packet travels every link and the receiver keeps the first copy to arrive, so losing a link loses nothing. In backup mode the highest-weight live link carries the stream and the others stand by, taking over if it fails. The receiving end must accept bonded connections (for Norsk, SrtCommonInputSettings.acceptBonded).
