Stable per-condition identity. Together with code and the raising media node it uniquely identifies the alert, so a node that can raise several distinct notifications of one code (e.g. an ETR-290 monitor, one code across many indicators, or a TAMS input reading several flows) can have each retracted independently. Empty when a node raises at most one of this code. The matching NotificationCleared carries the same value. |
