Notification.Kind
Lifetime of a notification. EVENT notifications describe a transient occurrence (a decode error, a flow fetch that failed) and are retracted automatically once they stop recurring; the engine sends a matching NotificationCleared after a quiet window. STATUS notifications describe a sticky condition (a back-pressure bottleneck, a rejected config) and latch until the engine explicitly clears them. UNKNOWN is treated as STATUS by consumers that predate this field.
