CreateInputRist

Receive a RIST flow (VSF TR-06-1 simple profile or TR-06-2 main profile). The recovered MPEG-TS runs through the same decode path as CreateInputUdpTs, so this produces the same TsInputEvent stream; what RIST adds is retransmission, and in main profile encryption, SRP authentication and virtual ports. Declaring several peers with weight 0 is RIST’s seamless redundancy — see RistPeer.
