When set, the engine answers this nudge on the node’s event stream with a TimestampNudgeResponse carrying the same id: applied, or why not (e.g. NOT_READY before the program’s timestamp corrector exists). Unset, no answer is sent and a nudge that cannot be applied is only logged. Honoured by the TS-family inputs (file / UDP / TCP / pcap TS, M3U8, TAMS). |
