TsConnectionHealthStats.droppedSenders property

udpTs: senders being refused, each with how many of its datagrams were dropped (cumulative since it was first seen) and how long ago it was first and last heard from: a second encoder pushing to the port while sender holds the input, or a kicked sender that has not stopped. Listed on every health sample for as long as it keeps sending, and for 30 s after it stops. Empty when nobody is being refused.
