TsCommonInputSettings.onHealthStatusChange property

Called when the input’s health crosses one of its healthThresholds (degraded), or comes back within them (recovered). Fires for NorskInput.udpTs(), NorskInput.tcpTs() and NorskInput.rist() inputs that set healthThresholds.
