ST2110NicSettings.numRxQueues property

NIC receive queues to reserve. Every receiver on this NIC takes one (each video, audio and ancillary stream separately: an ACL-B audio package alone is 8), and the transport keeps some for its own traffic, so allow the receiver count plus a few. A receiver started when none is left fails with RxQueuesExhausted in its failed reason; a sender likewise with TxQueuesExhausted.
