ST2110AudioFormat type

Wire-format encoding for an audio sender: ST 2110-30 PCM16 / PCM24, or ST 2110-31 AM824 (AES3 subframes, 24-bit words). Defaults to PCM16 when unset. PCM24 and AM824 carry all 24 bits: an output device with such a sender takes its audio as 32-bit float (which holds every 24-bit sample exactly), and a receiver delivers them as float. An AM824 sender writes its own AES3 channel status (professional, linear PCM).
