SrtOutputNode.startRecording() method

Records what this output transmits, while it runs, without ever slowing it: if the disk falls behind, the recording drops to the next segment start and reports a gap. Segments start on random access points, each preceded in the file by a copy of the PAT/PMT, so every segment and every file decodes on its own; the transmitted bytes are not changed. Starting again stops the current recording first. Events arrive on SrtOutputSettingsCommon.onRecording.
