SrtMultiplexedOutputSettings interface

An SRT egest that reaches its consumers over a port owned by an SrtMultiplexEgest shared with other outputs, instead of binding one of its own. Consumers connect to the multiplex’s host and port and select this output with r=<route> in their streamid.

mode, host, port, passphrase and streamId are deliberately absent: this output owns no socket, so none of them can mean anything here. Access is per consumer instead of per socket — grant each with SrtOutputNode.addPassphrase() on THIS output, not on the multiplex, and an unknown (route, user) is refused at the handshake.
