SourceRecordingMode type

How an input records a source’s bytes as they arrive, before any demux. raw writes them exactly as they come and rolls over between any two writes. segmented cuts them into indexed segments, each led by a copy of the source’s latest PAT and PMT, and rolls over on a segment start: take the copies out and what is left is the source’s bytes.
