SeamlessProtectionSettings.pathDifferentialMs property

How long to wait for a packet missing from one path before concluding it is not coming: the budget for the skew between the two paths. Too small and protection quietly stops working; too large and every recovered packet costs this much latency. Unset = 50ms.
