RtpInputSettings.maxPacketAgeMs property

How long the sequencer waits for a missing packet before giving up on it and releasing what it has, in milliseconds. This is the reorder/jitter budget: too small and ordinary network jitter reads as loss, too large and every gap costs this much latency. Unset = 5ms, which only suits a LAN.
