RistProfileSetting type

RIST profile. * "simple" — VSF TR-06-1: RTP over UDP with retransmission. No GRE tunnel, so no virtual ports and no encryption. * "main" — VSF TR-06-2: GRE tunnelled, adding encryption, SRP authentication and virtual ports. The default, and what most equipment means by "RIST". see: NorskInput.rist()
