NorskOutput.icecast() method
Publish audio to an Icecast server as a source client, as MP3 (audio/mpeg) or ADTS AAC (audio/aac). Uses PUT, falling back to the legacy SOURCE method for Icecast older than 2.4. Reconnects on failure and when the audio format changes.
