NorskLinkProvider type

Which fabric a remote norsk-link uses. - "tcp" — software path (TCP-emulated RMA; no special hardware). The default. - "rdma" — RDMA / RoCE (require it; fails if the hardware/provider is absent). - "efa" — AWS EFA (require it). - "prefer-rdma" — RDMA if available, otherwise fall back to "tcp". - "prefer-efa" — EFA if available, otherwise fall back to "tcp".

Use a prefer-* value across a mixed fleet so boxes with the hardware use it and boxes without it transparently use tcp — no per-box config. (string & {}) keeps any other provider your libfabric build supports accepted.
