NorskLinkOutputSettings interface

Settings for a Norsk-to-Norsk link output — forwards raw media to NorskInput.norskLink() inputs on other Norsk instances running the same build, on the same machine, with zero-copy shared-memory payloads.

transport?	NorskLinkTransport	(Optional) Transport to publish on. Omit for the default same-machine, zero-copy shared-memory path; use `{ mode: "remote", host, port }` to bind a cross-machine libfabric endpoint that remote inputs connect to.
writeDeadlineMs?	number	(Optional) How long a send may stall against an input that has stopped reading before that input’s connection is dropped, in milliseconds. Omit for the default (30s).
