NorskLinkInputSettings.adoptInboundTimestamps property

Keep the peer’s timestamps instead of rebasing them onto this engine’s clock, so media handed back to the engine it came from lands on the timeline it left. A break in a stream’s timestamps (the peer restarting on another timeline) is passed through, with the frame flagged as a discontinuity, and reported to NorskLinkInputSettings.onTimestampDiscontinuity; it is never re-anchored. Not with timeDomain.
