MxlInputSettings.fabricsFlows property

Flows to pre-declare as fabric targets that remote initiators can push into over the network. Their TargetInfo strings are delivered via onFabricsTargetInfos shortly after the node is created; the input then reads exactly these flows (plus any explicit flowIds).
