MultiVariantAudioGroup interface

One audio group of an HLS multi variant playlist (GROUP-ID). Renditions are named by the renditionName of their stream key.

Each group’s audio carries groupId; each video it names is listed with that group’s audio, BANDWIDTH and CODECS (once per group that names it). A video no group names is listed with the first group whose audio has arrived; audio no group names is left out. DASH is not affected.
