Mp2Settings interface
Settings for an MP2 (MPEG-1/2 Audio Layer II) encode, constant bitrate, mono or stereo (channel layout and bitrate are on AudioEncodeSettings).
As for MP3 the bitrate must be one the sample rate allows, and at the MPEG-1 rates (32 / 44.1 / 48 kHz) Layer II also ties the bitrate to the channel layout: the lowest are mono only and the highest stereo only (see Mp2Mpeg1MonoBitrate, Mp2Mpeg1StereoBitrate, Mp2Mpeg2Bitrate). Anything else is rejected. see: NorskTransform.audioEncode()
