MoqOutputSettings.outputTimecode property

If set, a PRFT (Producer Reference Time) box is prepended to each CMAF media segment carrying an NTP wall-clock timestamp. The PdtSource controls how the timestamp is derived. By default, PRFT is only emitted on keyframe fragments.
