MoqInputRelayListenerSettings interface
Settings for a MoQ input in relay-listener mode: instead of listening for publishers, the input dials a MoQ relay (MoqInputSettings.url) and takes every publisher announced there under a namespace prefix.
Each namespace announced at the relay under the prefix is a connection, exactly as a publisher connecting to a listener is: it is offered to MoqInputSettings.onConnection (remoteHost is the relay URL), and MoqInputSettings.onConnectionStatusChange reports it "connected" once accepted and "disconnected" when the relay withdraws it. The same namespace announced again later — a browser reload, a reconnect — is a NEW connection with a new index. If the relay goes away every connection is disconnected; the input redials and whatever is still announced is offered again. The input holds one session to the relay however many publishers there are.
