MediaStoreSessionGap type

What a cut does with a segment whose range spans more than one recording session. Given on a cut request, and as a store’s default on its recorder, snapshot or asset settings: each field a cut request leaves out is its store’s, then the engine config’s (mediaStore.sessionGap), then the built-in ("fill", holding gaps up to 1000ms, black).
