FileMp4InputSettings.onSeekApplied property

Callback when the most recent seek has reached the node’s output: the first frame from the new position has gone out. A seek while playing first drops the frames from the old position that the node was still holding, so nothing older follows it (expect a short timestamp gap where they were). A seek while paused fires this once playback resumes. Seeks in quick succession fire it once, for the latest.
