UDP_SENDER_POLICY_LOCK_FIRST

The first sender admitted holds the input until it goes idle (the input’s timeout) or is kicked; every other sender’s datagrams are dropped and counted, and reported as dropped_senders on the connection health. Two encoders pushing to one port never worked (their interleaved packets are one garbage stream); now the second is refused and named.

UDP_SENDER_POLICY_LATEST

Every admitted datagram is delivered, whoever sent it: the behaviour before the lock existed.
