anchor_pts_us

Optional video-display PTS anchor (microseconds) for the released pin’s rebase. When supplied, overrides the engine’s internal videoPrevEndByTag tracking for this release — used by clients that need cross-switch PTS continuity (e.g. a playout client switching between SSS-output and SSQ-output via an HSS downstream of both; the cross-switch boundary needs the OTHER switch’s last PTS as the anchor since each switch tracks only its own). Absent = use internal tracking (legacy behaviour).
