Sent to your code when the publishedName configured on this output was not published, so the name will not resolve to it. Either the discovery directory refused the claim (something else holds the name), or this instance could not make the claim at all (no discovery service configured, or an advertise table that cannot express the bound port) — reason says which.

The output is unaffected otherwise: it keeps streaming, and anything configured with an explicit address still reaches it. Only the name is lost.
