SrtOutputRecordingStart

Record what the output transmits to file_name (rolled to <file_name>.0, .1, …​ with a rollover). Segments of at least segment_duration_ms (default 6000, minimum 1000) start on a random access point, each preceded in the file by a copy of the PAT/PMT, so every segment and every file decodes on its own; rollover waits for a segment start. The transmitted bytes are not changed. If the disk falls more than max_buffered_bytes behind (default 32 MiB), the recording drops to the next segment start and reports the gap rather than slow the output. Compliance recording (every byte sent, read back from disk, blocking) is write_through_file on the configuration instead.
