SrtConnectFailed
Sent to your code when an SRT output in caller mode fails to connect: the receiver refused it (a wrong stream id or passphrase, say) or never answered. The output keeps dialling, waiting longer each time: 1 s, doubling to 30 s, and back to 1 s once a connection holds.
