SipDialRejected
A dial request that did not result in a call being placed. The node is unaffected: a call already in progress carries on, and an idle node stays idle and can dial again. (A call that WAS placed and then fails — busy, declined, unreachable — is reported through the DISCONNECTED status and SipDisconnectReason instead.)
