Cross-machine libfabric transport. On the output side host:port is the local endpoint the link binds/listens on; on the input side it is the remote output endpoint to connect to (like an SRT listener vs caller).

libfabric provider selecting the fabric: "tcp" (default; TCP-emulated RMA, no special hardware), "verbs" (RoCE / InfiniBand), "efa" (AWS EFA), etc. Empty defaults to "tcp".

OUTPUT only: when set, the output also advertises its bound endpoint under this logical name on the node-local discovery service (norsk-discovery), so an input configured to resolve this name finds it cross-node. Empty ⇒ explicit addressing only (no discovery). Requires a discovery service.
