MP3 (MPEG-1/2 Layer III, via LAME), constant bitrate. Supports mono/stereo at 8/11.025/12/16/22.05/24/32/44.1/48 kHz; bitrate and channel layout are on AudioEncodeConfiguration. The bitrate must be one the sample rate allows, and is rejected otherwise (the encoder would silently use another): 32 / 44.1 / 48 kHz: 32 40 48 56 64 80 96 112 128 160 192 224 256 320 kbps 16 / 22.05 / 24 kHz: 8 16 24 32 40 48 56 64 80 96 112 128 144 160 kbps 8 / 11.025 / 12 kHz: 8 16 24 32 40 48 56 64 kbps
