CreateOutputIcecast

Publish audio to an Icecast server as a source client, as MP3 (audio/mpeg) or ADTS AAC (audio/aac); any other audio is encoded on the way in. Connects with PUT, falling back to the legacy SOURCE method for Icecast older than 2.4, retries on failure, and reconnects when the audio format changes. The "now playing" title can be set at any time.
