CreateInputIcecast
Accept Icecast source clients (PUT or SOURCE with Basic auth) on the given mounts, as MP3 or ADTS AAC. Nodes on the same port share one listener. Each source is offered to the client to accept (naming its source) or refuse; "now playing" titles set by the source arrive as events.
