When to attach the sampled video frame to a generative request. With ON_SCENE_CHANGE the frame is attached on the first call and whenever a scene cut has occurred since the last attach (requires a scene_change tool in local_analysis); every_n_calls additionally forces a periodic refresh (0 = none). Takes precedence over include_frame when set.
