NorskSettings.requestId property

Asked on every unary call for the id of the request being served, sent to the Manager as x-request-id metadata; the Manager then logs the lines the call’s handler writes with that requestId, so a caller that logs under a request id (norsk-mgr) can find the daemon’s lines for the same request. Return undefined when there is no request — nothing is sent. Streams carry no id.
