NorskManager.stopBundleJob() method
Stop a bundle job and keep it down: the daemon stops every running instance and re-stamps the dormant tag (startMode=manual), so the job is not placed again until NorskManager.startBundleJob(). opts.graceMs is how long its containers get before they are killed.
