NorskManager.pauseLeases() method
Lease-protected jobs (protocol 1.6): pause leases for a single Manager’s maintenance. Workers keep their lease-protected jobs without refreshing, and no such job whose holder was lost starts again until resumeLeases. Forwarded to the primary.
