NorskManager.kvCommit() method

Write to the Manager’s key/value store, all or nothing. Each write may name the revision it read (expectedRevision; 0 = the key must not exist) and the namespace’s schema version may be checked and bumped in the same commit — the schema version is the client’s, the Manager only stores and compares it. A mismatch rejects with FAILED_PRECONDITION and changes nothing.
