controlPlaneStale	boolean	True once three of its announce intervals have passed with no announcement: the norsk-mgr beside this member is down.
controlPlaneUrl?	string	(Optional) The public URL of the norsk-mgr beside this member, once it has announced itself (`announceControlPlane`); absent before that.
node	string	The member’s Erlang node name ("manager@host-a").
primary	boolean
witness	boolean	Votes and replicates but never becomes primary (`clusterWitnesses`).

number

(Optional) Milliseconds since that norsk-mgr last announced; absent when it never has.

boolean

True once three of its announce intervals have passed with no announcement: the norsk-mgr beside this member is down.
